About the Projcet

The construction team of Jinrong Cement Project inspected the application site of NMS mining machinery equipment and had technical exchanges with the NMS technicians for many times.

According to the concept of high standard requirements for aggregate product quality and the actual conditions of Jinrong Cement, the two sides customized a set of technological process plan, and finally realized the entire production line layout covering less than 2.7 mu (1 mu ≈ 0.0667 ha.).

The biggest feature of this production line is that NMS unique VS2000A vertical shaft crusher is used for the secondary crushing, with the crushing feed particle size up to 130mm. The primary crushing yield is up to 80%, the powder content of 0-3.5mm is less than 20%, the ratio of 9-20mm is more than 50%, with good product grain shape. NMS provided all the main equipment of the system, including vertical shaft crusher, vertical shaft shaping machine and 4 large vibrating screens.
