In order to strengthen the progress and innovation of practical technology and green mine construction of efficient and intelligent mining and beneficiation, promote the use of green equipment for mine exploitation, practice the new concept of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” and accelerate the development of green mine in China, the 10th National Mine Advanced Technology and Equipment Conference – Green Mine Construction Summit, which was jointly organized by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, School of Resources Processing and Bioengineering of Central South University, School of Resources and Civil Engineering of Northeastern University, and co-organized by Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd., (NMS) was held in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province from September 18 to 20.
The conference aimed at “improving mining technology and constructing green intelligent mine “, and it set 2 sub-venues of “mining and beneficiation advanced technology” and “green mine construction”. The representatives had in-depth discussion on new mining technology and advanced equipment, new technology and advanced equipment for mineral processing, and development and innovation of green mine construction.
Qiu Guanzhou, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering was giving a report entitled “New technology and application of copper, gold and uranium bio-metallurgy”
Chi Ru’an, Dean of Xingfa School of Mining, Wuhan Institute of Technology was giving a report entitled “Characteristics of rare earth resources in China”
Qiu Tingsheng, Deputy President of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology was giving a report entitled “Current situation and development of copper smelting slag recycling”
During the conference, Zhan Chunsheng, Director of NMS R&D Center, gave a speech entitled “large-scale short process crushing technology”. He mentioned that with the continuous mining of ore, the grade was getting increasingly lower while the labor cost was increasingly higher. In order to decrease energy consumption, reduce operating cost and maintain profit, the market demand for large-scale, high reduction ratio and intelligent equipment with stable performance, easy operation and convenient maintenance was more and more obvious. Under the general trend of establishing green and intelligent mine, optimize process was the key to achieve energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency. NMS adopted advanced process software to design the process accurately and quickly. With high reduction ratio, high screening efficiency and high processing ability of NMS large-scale equipment, the short process optimization could be achieved.
He introduced that the NMS new CC800 had the features of large capacity, good shape and small powder amount. The innovative upper and lower frame disassembly and assembly system could easily realize easy disassembly and installation, which was fast and convenient; the circular integrated beam could bear greater crushing force; the optimization of chamber could achieve higher reduction ratio and be adapt to different working conditions; the constant chamber ensured that its shape remained unchanged in the whole life cycle of liner to achieve stable reduction ratio, gradation and capacity.
On the afternoon of September 20, the representatives came to NMS and visited the workshop. During the visit, they never stopped asking questions and showed great interest in the equipment. NMS owns advanced production equipment, perfect manufacturing system and strict quality assurance monitoring. The visit fully shows amazing attainments of NMS in manufacturing, technology and research and development to the representatives so that they have a more in-depth understanding of NMS.
