Main Equipment: four JC1300 jaw crushers, four HS1523S impact crushers, twenty-four 3YKR3060H vibrating screens and four HPF1860 bar feeders
Technological Process: jaw crushing + impact crushing + screening. The raw materials entered the jaw crusher through the bar feeder, the materials screened by the bar feeder and the discharge from the jaw crusher were transported to the buffer silo through the same belt. The materials in the buffer silo were fed into the impact crusher through the plate feeder, and the discharge from the the impact crusher was conveyed to the screening tower through the belt. The materials on the first-level screen were returned to the impact crusher, and the materials screened entered the second-level screen. Five kinds of products were finally screened: 0-5 mm, 5-11 mm, 11-21 mm, 21-25 mm and 25-28 mm respectively.
About the Project
It was a key integration project by Yuzhou Municipal Government. The Henan Provincial Department of Environmental Protection, the Office of Land and Resources and relevant local departments have visited and inspected the project for many times. It has played an exemplary role for the integration of private aggregate processing enterprises and become a benchmark enterprise in the aggregate industry in Henan Province.
NMS provided 4 sets of large jaw crushers and impact crushers, and 24 large vibrating screens for the project. The system was officially put into operation in October 2017. The stable and efficient operation of the equipment was well received by both the senior leadership of Yixin Building Material and the operator of Gezhouba Group. NMS also designated service personnel in Henan Province to arrange normal return visits no less than once a quarter.
